Gems are used for creator actions. Coins are used for episode unlocks. VIP is a subscription product with benefits attached to the plan you bought.
A one-time Gem pack is not a recurring VIP subscription. Check the exact product and currency shown before purchasing. For VIP benefits, use the details shown for your specific plan; this product distinction alone does not establish whether your plan includes a Gem benefit.
Buying VIP on iPhone
Open Mochi → Profile → Get membership, choose a plan, and follow Apple’s purchase confirmation prompts. See How to purchase a VIP membership on iPhone.
Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions is for managing an existing subscription. Mochi may not be listed if you have not subscribed yet. A missing listing does not prove a Gem purchase, a different Apple ID, or that VIP is unavailable.
If you paid but something is missing
If a payment appears on your receipt but the expected balance or access is missing, support needs to review the purchase. If you are already chatting with Fin, keep the request in that conversation; otherwise, open Profile → Support. Include the product name or order ID, and whether you expected a balance increase or access to watch. For a subscription benefit question, include the plan name and what you expected to receive.
