PT Mitrausaha Indonesia Group (“Modalku”) as the Provider of Information Technology-Based Borrowing and Lending Services (MSME Financing platform) has been registered with the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) with the issuance of a Registered Evidence Letter from OJK Number S-2493 / NB. 111/2017 at May 31, 2017 as well as the implementation of its business activities is strictly supervised and regulated by the OJK based on the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority Number 77 / POJK.01 / 2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Borrowing and Lending Services so as to ensure the legality and compliance of Modalku with the provisions of laws and regulations in Indonesia from time to time.
