In order to delete your account, open the "Me" tab, scroll down and click on the "Delete". You can also contact support team in livechat or at support@modelcentro.com.
Please note that if your account is registered within the Studio, ModelCentro will need to get the Studio approval first - make sure you notify your Studio first in case you want to delete your account, so we could proceed with your request faster.
If you cannot reach out to the Studio directly, please notify our team via live chat, so we could assist you.
In case you want to register an account/website separately from the Studio, you will need to wait at least 1 year after your website (registered in the Studio) is closed, after that you will be able to proceed with a new account/website creation.
