Why are there no Tip Me, Store, Blog and Live Shows pages on my site?

In order for the Tip Me page to appear on your site, at least one Tip Option should be enabled in your MC Admin Panel (My Site > Prices & discounts > Tips Settings).

Live Shows page appears when a live show is scheduled or at least one live show is published and is available for the registered users. 

In order to see the Store and Blog tabs, you should add at least one store product to the Store section, and the article to the Blog.
