Private messaging is a convenient way to communicate with your site visitors and one of the most important reasons for visitors to purchase a membership to your site.
Please don't ignore messages from your members.
There are several ways of finding out about new messages addressed to you:
You can choose to receive a message to the email address used during registration (the frequency of such emails depends on your settings in "Notifications");
You'll receive a visual/sound alert if you're logged in to the site;
You'll see a red number next to the "Messages" menu item in the main menu.
