From now on, the banks connected to Mastercard and Visa networks that allow you to charge your fans credit or debit cards for access to your ModelCentro websites will require extra information about the content uploaded by you. Mainly banks will need to have proof that:
All performers in the content are of legal age;
All performers have given their consent to be depicted in the content and to have the content uploaded and made available to users on the website(s).
Failure to provide such proof upon request may result in enormous fines and complete disconnection from the Mastercard and Visa networks, which will essentially mean you will no longer be able to charge the majority of your fans credit and debit cards from that point on.
ModelCentro has always stood against illegal adult content. Publishing content featuring minors or non-consensual content has always been forbidden on our platform, but these days it's no longer only about us and we will now need to comply with the above requirements from Mastercard.
