The first time you open the Modge desktop app, you are shown the End User License Agreement (EULA). You must accept it before you can use the app.

What is in the EULA
The EULA explains:
That Modge will collect and process data about you including screenshots, application activity, and input event counts while you are tracking
That your employer (the owner of your Modge organization) has access to this data
What Modge does and does not collect (we do not record what you actually type, your microphone, or your webcam)
Your responsibilities: keeping credentials secret, not misusing the software
Your right to stop using the software at any time (which usually means leaving the organization)
For a plain-language summary, see The End User License Agreement explained.
Accepting
Scroll to read the full document. The accept button is enabled once you scroll to the end.
Click Accept EULA
The app remembers your acceptance forever (stored locally on your computer). You will not see this screen again unless you reinstall.
Declining
If you click Decline, a toast appears and the app closes after a short delay.

You can re-open the app later and change your mind.
If you decline because your employer is asking you to install software you do not want, raise the issue with them. The EULA is not optional for using Modge, but the broader question of whether you should be on Modge is between you and them.
If you change your mind after accepting
You cannot directly “un-accept” the EULA from inside the app. To stop using Modge:
Sign out of the desktop app
Uninstall it from your computer
Your historical data remains in the organization. To have it deleted, talk to your organization owner and see Requesting deletion of your data.
What if my EULA is in a different language
The Modge EULA is currently provided in English. Translated versions are not yet available.
