Modge has a small number of plans, all priced per seat. The right one for you depends on team size and which features you need.

How seats work

A seat is consumed by every Owner, Manager, and Member in your organization. Viewers do not consume a seat, so you can give clients and stakeholders read-only access without paying extra.

What is in every plan

These features are available on every paid plan:

  • Time tracking with the macOS and Windows desktop apps

  • Screenshots with optional blur

  • Application and URL tracking

  • Activity scores (active, idle, productivity)

  • Timesheets and pay period approval

  • Leave management

  • Basic reports

  • Web dashboard for owners, managers, and members

  • Email support

What changes between plans

Higher tiers typically add:

  • More frequent screenshots

  • Per job title classification overrides

  • Shifts and schedule adherence

  • Payroll exports (Generic CSV, Wise, PayPal)

  • Client billing

  • Public API access

  • Faster support response times

For an exact, current feature matrix, see the plan comparison on the Modge pricing page or Plan comparison and what is included in each tier.

What is not in any Modge plan

Modge does not offer:

  • A mobile app for iOS or Android

  • A browser extension or web timer

  • SAML SSO (Google sign in is supported)

  • Outbound webhooks for customers

  • Third-party integrations with Slack, Jira, Asana, Trello, or QuickBooks

  • Location or GPS tracking

  • Multi-organization accounts

If any of those are essential to you, Modge may not be the right fit. We are happy to help you decide. See How to contact our team.

The 14 day trial

Every new organization gets a 14 day free trial. You enter a payment method at sign up but are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing.

Switching plans later

You can upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes are prorated against your billing cycle. See Changing your plan.
