You add people to your Modge organization by inviting them via email. The invite link they receive lets them set a password and join. This article covers the full invite flow plus how to resend, cancel, search, and filter pending invites.

Who can do this
Owner only.
Sending an invite
Open Members in the sidebar (under People)
Click Add member in the top right
Fill in the invite form:
Email: required
Role: Member, Manager, or Viewer (Viewer does not consume a seat)
Job title: optional, used for classification overrides and HR reports
Teams: optional, you can pre-assign teams
Projects (as member): optional pre-assignment
Projects (as manager): optional pre-assignment of management responsibility
Client: if inviting a viewer for a specific client

Click Send invite
The new member receives an email with a link. When they click it, they are taken to a page where they set their password and finish their profile.
What the invite email looks like
The email is sent from no-reply@modge.com with the subject “You’ve been invited to join [Your Org] on Modge”. It includes a personalized link that expires after 7 days.

If the recipient does not see it, check their spam folder.
Tracking pending invites
Pending invites appear in the Pending tab on the Members page. From there you can:
See when the invite was sent and when it expires
Resend the invite (sends a fresh email with the same link)
Cancel the invite

To resend or cancel: click the row menu (three dots) on the pending invite and pick the action you want.
Filtering and searching the members list
The Members page has filters at the top. You can filter by:
Role: Owner, Manager, Member, Viewer
Team: any team in the organization
Project: any project in the organization
Job title: any title, or “No title” to find members without one
Combine filters with search to quickly find anyone. For example, “filter by Sales team + search ‘eng’” finds engineers on the Sales team.

Bulk inviting
Modge does not currently support CSV-based bulk invites. To invite many people, send invites one at a time, or pre-assign them to projects and teams in the form to save time later.
