Why is my Zoom meeting contact not linked to my CRM?

It is possible that we were not able to find the contact details for your Zoom meeting in your CRM.

Potential causes:

  • Your contact was not created in your CRM when the call occurred

  • You didn't setup your Google Calendar:
    Indeed, if you use Google calendar to create your Zoom meetings, you must grant Modjo access to the latter
