1. What is it and how does it work?
The Modjo AI feature contains:
Summary feature which automatically generates intelligent summary of your recordings. You can chose to send it automatically in your sales CRM.
AI Call Highlights feature which automatically pins some specific important moments of the call you can review in a clic, so as to prepare your next meeting for ex.
AI Call Chapters feature which automatically segments recording into chapters
AI Call Scoring feature which automatically checks for certain recordings chosen by the administrator or manager, whether or not the methodology (sales or other) has been effectively followed.
AI Insights feature which automatically analyzes all customer interactions from the past month and create monthly email recap per team highlighting the top 3 objections.
AI Modjo Deals allows revenue team leaders to prioritize their pipeline, identify coaching opportunities, and improve forecasting accuracy—all in one place.
AI CRM Filling saves you time and improves data quality by automating CRM updates.
AI Email Follow-up automates the writing of personalized follow-up emails based on call recordings and key conversation points, optimizing your time and efficiency.
💡 The transcriptions of your recordings are sent to our subcontractors' APIs in order to generate summaries, chapters, and call scoring, which are then made available directly on your Modjo platform.
2. Who is the entity responsible for processing the data ?
We work with several subcontractors for the AI component. The subcontractors that may process your data include:
Microsoft (Azure OpenAI)
Google Cloud Platform
OpenAI
3. What type of data is processed by these subcontractors ?
These subcontractors process the transcription of your recordings (the “input”) in order to generate summaries, chapters, and call scoring (the “output”).
For AI-powered call evaluations, they also process the tasks defined in the evaluation framework used as assessment criteria (e.g., “Did the user ask about XXX?” “Did the sales representative fail to mention XXX?”).
4. Do they use your data for their own purposes ?
No. Our subcontractors do not use your data to train or improve their models or algorithms. This is contractually guaranteed.
5. Where is your data processed ?
Regardless of the subcontractor, we ensure that your data is processed exclusively within the European Union. All of our subcontractors operate data centers located in the EU.
7. How long is your data stored ?
All data sent to our subcontractors is retained for up to 90 days for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes, after which it is deleted. These retention periods are specified per subcontractor in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
