Share your calls with Ease

This guide will show you how to share calls publicly or privately, maximizing their value for your team and your deals.

With Modjo, sharing important calls and collaborating around these conversations becomes effortless. Learn how to maximize the impact of your discussions with public and private sharing options.

External sharing with your prospects or customers

  • Click the “Share” button at the top right of the screen.

  • Enable the “Share with your prospects and customers” option: This option lets you share the call with a broad audience, even if they don’t have a Modjo account.

You can also enable or disable the visibility of AI features (Summary, Ask Anything) when sharing, giving you full control over the information shared.

  • Share the public link: Click the “Copy link” button to share the call’s public URL (different from the internal URL from your workspace).

As a Modjo admin, you can define a maximum availability period for public links: after this date, the Modjo user will need to generate a new sharing link for their contact. Learn more

  • Collect valuable insights: To access the recording, your customers who are external to Modjo will be asked to enter their email address on their first visit.

This non-intrusive step helps you ensure optimal follow-up with your prospects and better understand their engagement.

If you do not want to receive this notification, go to “Settings” > “Notifications” and uncheck the option “When someone views your shared call.”

Private sharing (internal use)

Perfect for securely sharing calls within your organization for training, coaching, and internal review.

Note: Without call-level settings, Modjo users will be able to access the call according to the access restriction rules defined by your organization’s administrators.

From the Share button, you can configure a call so that it is accessible to:

  • All users in your organization

  • Specific teams

  • Only the users who participated in the call

Important :

  • This setting takes precedence over the global settings.

  • Only call participants, admins, and managers can manage this setting.
