If you are invited to join a project via Mojob, you will be notified through the following methods:

  1. Email Notification:

    • You will receive an email with project details, including:

      • A personalized message about the project.

      • Information about the working schedule.

      • A direct link to access the project.

  2. In-App Notification (if you already have the Mojob app installed):

    • A notification will appear within your Mojob account, either on the web or mobile app.

  3. Push Notifications (if enabled on mobile):

    • You may also receive a push notification on your smartphone, reminding you about the project invitation.

These notifications ensure you don’t miss important updates regarding the project.

Join the project

Once notified, you can follow the link or access the project directly through the app.

To respond to a project invitation via Mojob, you have two options:

  1. Reject the invitation

    • Click on the "Decline" button to notify the inviter that you won’t participate in the project.

  2. Accept the Invitation

    • Click on the "Ready for work" button in the email, or project details page. This will open the Accept Invitation page. On this page, you can review all project details, including working schedules and requirements. If the project involves multiple shifts, you will have the option to choose which ones you are available for. By confirming your availability, the employer is informed that you are ready to start the project.

Feedback on the project from the project team

Project team Reviews Your Acceptance:

  • They assess the shifts you’ve chosen and your overall fit for the project based on its criteria.

  1. Confirmation or Decline:

    • If everything aligns and no further questions arise, the employer will confirm your participation by assigning you to the project. Once you are assigned to the project on Mojob, you will receive an email notification confirming your assignment to the project. The email will include an attached PDF with detailed information about the project, including agreed-upon terms, working schedule, and other relevant details. The PDF will serve as an official confirmation and outline all aspects of the project, ensuring you have everything needed to get started.

    • If the employer decides you are not the right fit, they will decline your acceptance and send a notification with the decision.

  2. Completion of the project:

Once the project is completed on Mojob, you will receive a notification indicating that the project has been completed. This notification may also include any feedback from the employer or next steps regarding payment or further collaboration.

  3. Project update:

    • You will receive a clear update on your status (accepted or declined, assigned, completed) via email, the Mojob platform, or app notifications.

This feedback loop ensures transparency and allows you to take further steps if required.
