You can now easily connect your Microsoft or Google account and add an extra layer of security to your Mojob profile with multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Connect your Microsoft and/or Google account
Click "Connect your account" under the Microsoft section and follow the prompts to complete the connection. Once connected, you’ll be able to log in using your Microsoft account, and your calendar will sync automatically for scheduling interview meetings.
If you prefer, you can follow the same steps to connect your Google account as well.
Enable MFA:
On your first login, you’ll be prompted to enable MFA.
Click “Enable MFA now” to activate it, or “Remind me later” to skip for now.
If you choose "Remind me later", you can set up MFA anytime later from Profile → Authentication page. Click Activate below the MFA option, then open your Google or Microsoft Authenticator app.
Scan the QR code using the app, and enter the 6-digit code it generates to complete the setup, click Activate.
For security purposes, please re-enter your password. You will then receive 10 recovery codes — ensure you store them safely, as they are required if you lose access to your Authenticator app.
Important: To deactivate MFA or perform other sensitive actions, you will be required to enter a code from your Authenticator app.
The next time you log in after enabling MFA, you’ll need to enter a code from your Authenticator app after providing your login details.
Once you enter the code, you can choose Trust or Don’t Trust this browser—meaning whether you want to skip entering the code on future logins from this browser.
Important: If you see an “Incorrect code” error, it means the code you entered from the Authenticator app has expired. The codes in the app refresh every minute, so please use the most current code.
