You can easily schedule automatic reminders for each app to ensure that your requests to the candidates are consistently followed up. Reminders can be sent via email, in-app notifications, and optionally SMS.
Setting Up Reminders in the Process Editor (Recruitment, Talent pool or Staffing)
Open the Process Editor and navigate to the relevant process status.
Add an app such as Question Form, One-Way Video, Meeting Scheduling, or another supported app.
Click “+ Add reminder” on the app to open the Send Reminder dialog.
Configure the reminder:
You can create multiple reminders for the same app to be sent at different intervals.
To remove a reminder, click the bin icon.
Setting Up Reminders When Moving a Candidate
When moving a candidate to a new process status, you can set up or update reminders directly from the Confirm Move dialogue, streamlining follow-ups as candidates progress through the workflow.
Sending Reminders via Chat
Reminders can also be sent manually to candidates at any time via chat.
Once a reminder is sent, a notification appears in chat confirming that the reminder has been delivered, including the message content.
All reminders are delivered to candidates through email, in-app notifications, and SMS (if enabled), ensuring timely follow-up and improved engagement.
