To help you maintain an organized recruitment process, the system will automatically prompt you to review and finalize in-progress applications from older, unpublished jobs. The ‘Closing Old Applications’ dialogue will appear when you open a job that has applications not yet in an outcome status (Declined, Hired, Talent pool) and has been unpublished for more than 30 days.
If you choose Cancel, the dialogue will be postponed for 24 hours and will reappear the next time you open the job. You can also manually open this dialogue at any time by selecting More actions in the top-right corner of the job board view.
Within the dialogue, you can:
Sort applications by Name, Rating, or Last activity to review them efficiently.
Select all applications for a specific outcome status, or choose applications in a particular process state (Select all Applied, or Select all Qualified etc). To deselect all, click Select all again.
A tooltip will appear on applications in progress for more than 30 days, noting that the candidate has not yet been finalized.
When moving multiple applications to different outcome statuses at once, the system will perform actions sequentially:
Show the dialogue for moving the selected applications to Declined
Show the dialogue for moving applications to Talent Pool
Show the dialogue for moving applications to Hired
This dialogue helps you quickly finalize older applications, keep your job board up to date, and ensure your recruitment process runs smoothly.
