Keeping your Talent Pools organized makes it easier to find the right candidates for recruitment and staffing.

You can customize the Talent Pool table, add relevant candidate attributes, create custom columns, apply advanced filters, and save your preferred views for quick access.

Add Attributes and Columns

To add attributes to a Talent Pool:

  1. Open the Talent Pool.

  2. Click Manage Pool.

  3. Select Edit Talent Attributes.

  4. Choose one or more attributes from the list.

Important: Attributes are sorted by default, with Unit attributes displayed first to make them easier to find. Learn more about setting up Unit attributes in the related article.

After adding the attributes, they appear on the right side of each talent's profile, where they can be viewed and updated at any time.

You can also display these attributes as columns in the Talent Pool table:

  1. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the upper-right corner of the table.

  2. The attributes already added to the Talent Pool are displayed in the suggested list but are unselected by default. Simply select the attributes you want to display as columns.

  3. You can also use the Search field to find and add any other available attribute as a column. This means you're not limited to the attributes configured for the current Talent Pool.

  4. Select it and click Save.

You can also:

  • Show or hide table columns.

  • Reorder columns.

  • Reset the table to the default layout.

Note: Admin users can define the default table columns for all users within their department, ensuring a consistent view across the team.

The selected attributes will appear as columns in the table, making it easier to sort, filter, and compare talent profiles.

Filter Candidates

Click Filter Talent Profiles to open the list of available filters.

Use the default filters or search for additional filter options by entering a keyword.

Multiple filters can be combined using AND and OR logic to narrow down the candidate list.

After configuring your filters, click Save to create a filter preset. You can save presets:

  • As a personal view for your own use.

  • As a department view available to everyone in the department (Admin users only).

To remove all applied filters and restore the default table view, click Reset.
