Below you’ll find the latest updates and improvements to our platform. Please take a moment to review these changes to stay up to date. This release includes numerous bug fixes, quality-of-life enhancements, and major updates to login flows, job/recruitment management, and staffing features.
✨ New Features:
New password-free login methods: Logging in to your Mojob account without a password is simple and fast. Just enter your email address and click Continue to receive a login code by email. Alternatively, select Continue with your phone, enter your registered phone number, and get a login code via SMS. Use the code to sign in quickly and securely.
Global Search: the global search automatically displays your recent search history for quick access.
Jobs & Recruitment: The recruitment creation form and editor now include a customer field, allowing you to select the customer for each job position. When a customer is selected, their details will be shown in the About Company section. This is an initial setup, and we’re actively working on further enhancements.
Attributes: You can now configure warning messages to appear when attributes with a validity period (such as certificates) are about to expire. Set the number of days before the expiry date to receive timely alerts for these attributes.

Schedule templates and Staffing:
Labels creation and update: The suggested labels list now shows labels for the selected unit. You can create labels with shorter names, and labels with the same name can be created in different departments. The label renaming process has also been improved for better usability.
Rotation templates: You can now add break hours and create rotation templates that span more than 7 days.
Filtering by Cancelled shifts has been added to the aggregated calendar view
Fixed projects with rotation templates can now be created correctly.
Availability: availability mismatches in talent profile and Invited page (shown as Not specifed) fixed.
Error when filtering and opening talent profile from Invite/Invited page has been fixed.
Talent pool:
Talent pool table view: The default talent pool table now includes preset columns that you can adjust before adding talent.
Managing table columns: Selecting and deselecting attributes as columns is now faster and more user-friendly.
Information update: Changes made in the talent profile are now instantly reflected in the talent pool table view.
Selection retained after page refresh: Page reload do not unfocus your last selection in the talent pool module
Other improvements and fixes:
Dark mode: copy-pasted messages are now well displayed in dark mode, adjusted various tooltip colors and behaviors.
Translation: Updated date and months translations in all modules, process status translations.
Analytics: Counter improvements for large numbers and tooltip color.
Permission updates: Handling of view/edit of paid sourcing boards has been improved.
Free to use image gallery: Switch to free gallery on the Cover block has been fixed.
Screening questions: answers to the screening questions linked to abstract attributes are shown correctly.
Reminders on reference checks can be sent any time now. It has bee updated for the cases when candidates do not provide contacts for more days than indicated in the Reference check app settings.
