Written by Tetiana

Below you’ll find the latest updates and improvements to our platform. Please take a moment to review these changes to stay up to date. This release includes, quality-of-life enhancements, job/recruitment management, staffing features, and numerous bug fixes.

New Features:

🚀 Self-service staffing for external users: add external users to a project and let them create shifts and invite talents for their schedules independently.

🕒 History of job statuses: hover over a job status to view the history of status changes.

⚙️ Attributes: You can now arrange attributes in the order that works best for you in the "Edit talent attributes" section, and the same order will be reflected in the question forms.

📅 Interviews & Appointments:

  • Interview cancellations now clearly show which time slot was cancelled

  • Candidates can no longer cancel appointments less than 24 hours before start.

  • Outlook calendar events now automatically adjust to the user’s time zone.

📍 Location preselection in staffing project creation: Location is now preselected based on the selected Unit or Customer. Customer location is used when available; otherwise, the Unit location is set.

Shift cancellation: you can now specify which cancellation reasons will set the talent as unavailable by enabling the Set talent as unavailable option (you can find it at Settings=>Reasons for shifts cancellation). When enabled, the talent will be marked as unavailable after cancellation. If you try to assign a talent marked as unavailable, a warning message will appear—but you can still assign them if needed.

🔄 Reordering of the schedules: you can now rearrange schedules in your projects simply by dragging them up or down. Your custom order will be saved per user.

🔧 Fixes & Improvements:

Schedule templates and Staffing:

  • Fixed and rotation schedule templates: When configuring templates, the previously set timing is automatically copied to the next enabled entry (weekday, day, or week) at the user level.

  • Create a task option: The Create a task option will now remember if you turned it off last time and keep it disabled the next time you create a shift.

  • Filters in the calendar view: Filter colors in the calendar now match the colors of the shift statuses for easier identification.

  • Performance improvements: Creating and updating projects with multiple spots is now faster.

  • Rename schedules for fixed projects: You can now rename schedules for fixed projects by clicking the More actions menu next to the schedule and selecting "Edit schedule details".

  • New task type filter for easier task management has been added

  • Created by column has been added to the Tasks page.

  • Task tooltips now show who created the shift.

🌟 Talent pool:

  • Document and certificate expiry tooltip update: Expiry tooltips now clearly display the upcoming expiry date or expiration date when you hover over the badge.

  • Adding talent profiles manually: When adding a talent profile manually, the system will remember your previous invitation message and display it the next time you add a talent profile.

🛠️ Other improvements and fixes:

  • Notifications: the system will now remember your previous notification filter settings and automatically apply them the next time you open the filters.

  • Settings>Teams: when adding a new teammate, your last invitation message is saved and reused next time.
