How to access your projects in Mojob
When you are added to a project for the first time, you will receive a welcome email from the project team with a link to the Get Started form.
In this form, you can update your personal details and create a password.
After completing the form and clicking Continue, you will be taken directly to your assigned project.
If you are assigned to only one project, you will be redirected straight to that project view each time you log in to Mojob. If you are assigned to multiple projects, you can view and access all your projects from the Dashboard.
For quick and easy access to Mojob, you can also use simplified login options by requesting a login code sent to your email or phone. Click Read more to view the step-by-step guide.
Add, update, duplicate and remove shifts
You can add new shifts by hovering over and clicking the shift directly or by selecting the New assignment option.
In the New assignment window, fill out the following information:
Where: Select the schedule name where the shifts should be created. (A schedule represents a line within the project)
Select one or multiple shifts on the calendar. You can choose individual shifts if you need talents for just a few days.
For long-term projects (weekly or monthly), you can select an entire weekday by clicking on it, or select a full week by choosing the week number. To unselect shifts for an entire weekday or week, simply click the corresponding weekday or week number again to clear your previous selection.
Use the Month and Year navigators at the top of the calendar to switch between months and years.
Set the start and end dates for the shifts. The specified times will apply to all selected shifts.
Select the number of talents needed for the selected day. If you choose more than one, the system will create that many shifts for the day within the schedule—since only one talent can be assigned per shift.
Add a description for the talent. This note will be visible to them and should include important details or comments about the shift.
Add notes for the company that are visible only to the project team, intended for internal use.
Click Create after completing the form. The Request Created page will then appear. You will see a brief summary of the dates and times for the created shifts.
Clicking Continue returns you to the project overview page, displaying the created shifts and the Invite Talent page on the left.
Clicking "Create another request" creates the shifts you selected and opens again the "New assignment" page with previously filled out information.
Clicking "Close" closes the "Request created!" page and moves you to the project overview page with the created shifts.
To update a shift, click More actions (three dots) or the shift timing, then edit the timing and talent description.
Click the + button below the shift to duplicate it.
To remove a shift, click More actions and select Delete.
Important: You can only edit, duplicate, and remove shifts you have created.
How to invite talents to shifts
Select the shifts for which you want to invite talents. You can only select shifts within a single schedule and cannot select talents for shifts across multiple schedules or sub-schedules.
On the left, you’ll see a list of talents showing their full name, location, availability, and performance evaluation by your colleagues. Availability is indicated by a colored badge on the talent’s profile image: green means available, yellow indicates partial availability, and red signifies unavailable. Hover over the badge to view detailed availability information.
Use the Search talents field to quickly find talents by name, email, location, or other criteria. Click the Filter option at the top right of the Invite Talent page to filter by location, availability, birthdate, and more.
Click the talent’s image to select them for invitation. The Send Assignment Invitation button will then appear. Important: You can easily see which talents you are inviting for each shift. Selected shifts are clearly highlighted.
The Send Assignment Invitation button opens a window where you can view and update the invitation message sent to talents. You can also enable the SMS option to send the invitation via SMS alongside the email.
The Allow selecting shifts to accept option lets talents choose which specific shifts to accept, rather than accepting the entire schedule.
Click Invite to send invitation emails and SMS to the talents. The shift status will update to the number of talents invited, for example 2 invited.
Once a talent is assigned, the shift status will show as Assigned along with the assigned talent’s name. When the shift is finished, the status updates to Completed. You will receive notifications via email accordingly.
Important: You can only view shifts in these statuses (Assigned, Completed); editing and removal are not permitted.
