Below youβll find the latest updates and improvements to our platform. Please take a moment to review these changes to stay up to date. This release includes, quality-of-life enhancements, job/recruitment management, staffing features, and bug fixes.
β¨ New Features:
β° Appointment Reminders for Candidates: Candidates now receive automatic reminders via email, in-app notifications, and push notifications 24 hours and 1 hour before their scheduled interviews. This helps reduce no-shows and improves the overall candidate experience.
π Interview & Scheduling Improvements: The timezone field has been added to the meeting scheduling app. By default, it displays the timezone of the user who created the meeting. Candidates will receive email notifications about the upcoming meeting with the time shown in the appβs configured timezone.
β³ Candidate Management - New automation rule type: Weβve introduced a new automated workflow rule called βDecline if all requests are not completed/delivered.β This rule streamlines your recruitment process by automatically declining candidates who fail to complete required requests (such as submitting video interviews, police certificates, reference contacts etc.) within a set timeframe. If candidates deliver the requests on time, any pending cancellations will be reversed automatically. This helps keep your pipeline clean and efficient.
π Reference Survey Translations: Reference check surveys are now available in multiple languages, providing a smoother experience for international references. For example, if the reference check is set up in Norwegian but the reference contactβs browser is in English, the system will automatically display the survey in English while keeping the original Norwegian version visible below.
π¬ SMS Budget Limits: Set monthly SMS budget limits per organizational unit to better control communication costs while staying connected with candidates.
πTalent Pool Enhancements: The Decline auto-message and NPS apps have been added as default apps in the Decline status at the talent pool level.
API & Integrations:
π New Public API: A comprehensive public API is now available for integrations with your existing HR systems. Connect Mojob with payroll, HRIS, or other business tools to streamline your operations. For more details, please visit the API documentation at docs.mojob.io.
π API Usage Tracking: Monitor your API usage directly from the platform to stay on top of your integration activity.
