Below you’ll find the latest updates and improvements to our platform. Please take a moment to review these changes to stay up to date. This release includes, quality-of-life enhancements, job/recruitment management, staffing features, and bug fixes.

✨ Release Highlights

📥Inbox improvements: Communication with candidates is now easier to manage. New filters have been added, allowing you to filter conversations by period, status (Open or Closed), and by All conversations or My conversations (showing only conversations from projects you are assigned to). Conversations can now also automatically close if candidates have not responded within the last 3 months. In addition, the existing filter has been improved and now works as expected.

📅 Interview scheduling improvements: Calendar appointment slots now have clearer titles to make it easier to understand the meeting status. Before a time slot is selected: Interview title (Not scheduled); After a candidate selects a time slot: Interview title (Candidate’s name or email if the name is not available); Group interviews: Interview title (Meeting scheduled) – updated only once, the first time the timeslots is selected.

🆕 New Project option on dashboard: The New Project button now replaces the previous New Recruitment and New Staffing buttons. Clicking New Project gives you two options: create a new recruitment or a new project. Hovering over the button shows a tooltip explaining what each option does.

🧑‍🦰 Staffing & Scheduling Improvements:

  • Improved shift creation flow. A New assignment option is now available both in the Dashboard and at the project level. You can easily choose where to create shifts and for which period, define the number of talents, create tasks, automatically invite fully available talents and more.

  • Ability to search shifts by spot/schedule title, improved staffing and scheduling experience on the mobile web version.

🛠️ Other improvements and fixes:

  • Interview kit and Police certificate apps are now available at the Talent pool level.

  • The Position Title field at the recruitment level now displays only suggestions available within the company and its departments, making it easier to select relevant titles.

  • For new business users, the interface language is now automatically set to match their browser language when accepting the invitation.

  • Removing, cancelling slots correctly updates Outlook calendars.

  • Platsbanken/Arbetsförmedlingen: Better validation and clearer error messages when publishing jobs, fixed issues with the incorrect categories display and duplicated ads.

  • Cover images for recruitments are now correctly displayed in the jobs block on career pages.

  • A Smart Import option is now available when adding candidates manually, simplifying the process of importing candidate information.

  • A new Inbox permission has been added to all roles, allowing administrators to control which users have access to the Inbox module.
