✨ Release Highlights
🧩 Send Personal Apps from chat or in bulk—independent of process status. You can now send apps (e.g., Questions form, 1-way video, meeting scheduling, police certificate check) anytime without adding them to a process step. Note: apps sent this way can’t be edited after sending and are more intended for one-off cases. For recurring workflows, continue using apps within process steps, where they remain editable.
📍App Previews in Talent Pool profiles are now split into Interactions and Other Interactions based on process context. The Interactions section show only the App Previews from the current process and its process trail. Other App Previews from the processes outside that trail are moved to Other Interactions. This helps prioritize only interactions relevant to the current process context and the profile’s movement path.
📋Sending reminders to reference contacts: You can now send reminders to reference contacts who haven’t submitted their surveys yet.
📥Inbox improvements: Unread messages are now indicated with an orange dot on talent avatars.
🧑🦰 Staffing & Scheduling Improvements:
New “Apply to all days” option in shift creation allows to update time and break hours to all selected dates
Ability for external customers to assign and communicate with the talents
Ability to search customer contacts by customer email and phone numer.
"Allow selecting shifts to accept" is toggled off by default for external customers, with the last action remembered for next interactions.
Availability check logic has been improved.
🛠️ Other improvements and fixes:
Talent Pool & Configuration: after adding attributes in the talent pool editor, they are displayed as available (unselected) columns in the column configuration settings,giving more flexibility in managing custom attributes within column settings.
Improved document preview reliability with better loading.
Fixed issue with internal notes visibility if the notes were added by the guest users.
Fixed an issue where background images were not displayed correctly in listing blocks other than the cover block.
Improved document export experience by remembering selected fields.
Added validation for uploading police certificate in PDFs only.
Improved screening board behavior.
Updated Inbox pagination, button sizes.
Optimized bulk messaging.
Updated the logic for assigned/completed shifts calculdation on the aggregated calendar view.
