Open the Video Interview option
When you are asked to record a one-way video interview, you will receive both an email notification and a push notification. Make sure push notifications are enabled.
Follow the link in the email to open the Mojob mobile app. If you are already logged in, you will be taken directly to the application where you can record your video. If you are logged out, you will be directed to the login page in the Mojob mobile app.
When you click Start Video Interview, you will be asked to allow access to your camera and microphone. Please grant both permissions to ensure you can record your videos.
There may be up to 3 video questions, each with a duration of 20–60 seconds. The questions and time limits are set by the recruiter.
You can record, re-record, and replay your videos as many times as needed.
You can start recording from question 2 or 3.
Once all questions have been recorded, you will see the Send button on the last question.
When you tap Send, all videos will be submitted to the recruiter and you will no longer be able to edit them.
If you see the “View video responses” button after recording, it means your videos have been submitted to the employer.
You can watch them at any time by clicking the button. The employer will see exactly the same videos.
