Why this happens
When you create an account using “Sign in with Apple”, Apple may hide your real email address to protect your privacy. Instead of your personal email, Apple creates a special relay email address (for example: abc123@privaterelay.appleid.com).
This is a normal Apple feature, not an error in Mojob.
How it works
You choose “Continue with Apple” when signing up or logging in.
Apple offers two options:
Share your real email address
Hide your email address (recommended by Apple)
If you choose Hide My Email, Apple generates a private relay email.
All emails from Mojob are sent to this relay address and forwarded to your real inbox by Apple.
What this means for your account
Your Mojob account is still active and valid.
Your login is tied to your Apple ID, not a standard email/password.
You may see a long “Apple relay email” instead of your usual email.
If you try to create a new account using your real email, the system may not recognize it as the same account.
How to avoid confusion
Always try to log in using “Sign in with Apple” if you originally used Apple ID.
Do not create a new account with your email if you previously used Apple login.
If you are unsure which method you used:
Try “Continue with Apple” first
If that works, continue using that login method
When to contact support
Contact support if:
You are locked out of your account
You see multiple accounts with different emails for the same profile
