If you see the error screen after clicking the link in the email, it usually means you are logged into the Mojob mobile app with the wrong email address.
It is important that you sign in with the same email address you used when applying for the job or when you were invited to the project.
Please follow these steps to ensure you are logged into the correct account and can access the job or project invitation without any issues.
Open the Mojob mobile app directly (do not open it through your email app).
Log out of your current account.
Log back in using the email address you used for the job application or project invitation.
To check which email you are currently logged in with:
Go to your Profile in the app, where you can see the email address with which you are currently logged in.
