​Below you’ll find the latest updates and improvements to our platform. Please take a moment to review these changes to stay up to date. This release includes, quality-of-life enhancements, job/recruitment management, staffing features, and bug fixes.

✨ Release Highlights

👥 Talent Pools & Connected Talents:

  • Talent Pool and job Application views have been separated into two dedicated tabs, making navigation clearer and management easier.

  • Bulk actions are now supported from the parent talent pool. You can send messages, send apps, or add talents to recruitment processes in bulk for all the talents from the parent pool. If a talent belongs to multiple pools, the action will be performed on the profile with the most recent activity.

  • Candidates can now apply to multiple talent pools directly from the career page.

📋 Jobs & Filtering Improvements.

We've enhanced job management and filtering to help recruiters find information faster and gain better visibility into recruitment activity.

  • Filter jobs by period or date range. You can now filter jobs based on a specific period or custom date range, making it easier to locate relevant positions and analyze recruitment activity over time.

  • Filter jobs directly by status on Dashboard. Dashboard overview pages now support direct filtering by job status, helping you quickly focus on the positions that matter most.

  • More visibility in job ads page. Job ads page now displays applicant and recruitment counts, along with indicators for removed applicants, providing a clearer overview of recruitment progress at a glance.

📞 Contacts & Reference Checks.

We’ve made several improvements to simplify reference management and improve phone number handling.

  • Save reference contacts in your profile. Candidates can now add reference contacts directly on their Profile page and reuse them later when completing recruiter-requested reference forms. This makes the reference check process faster and easier to manage.

  • Separate country code and phone number fields. The phone number input has been split into two fields: country code and phone number. This helps ensure numbers are entered in the correct format and reduces formatting errors.

📍 New map picker for easier location selection.

Selecting a location is now simpler with the new map picker. Just drag the pin to the desired position on the map and save. Locations can also be renamed to provide clearer information for talents or to better align with project requirements.

🧑‍🦰 Staffing & Scheduling Improvements:

  • Set locations at the spot level. Locations can now be configured directly on individual spots, providing greater flexibility and more accurate location management for projects and staffing needs.

  • Improved performance evaluations & notifications. A new in-app performance evaluation dialog has been introduced, along with improved notification flows for evaluations and application-related messages, making feedback and communication more seamless.

  • Smarter suggested talents & availability handling. We've enhanced the suggested talents logic and improved staffing availability management, helping recruiters identify the most relevant and available candidates more efficiently.

🛠️ Other improvements and fixes:

  • Improved manual applications make the process more intuitive and seamless for candidates.

  • Better handling of invalid or expired links. We’ve improved the experience when users open invalid or expired links

  • Improved support for U.S. phone numbers.

  • Automation rule for the E-sign app after it is completed has been fixed.

  • Fixed handling of staffing schedule task dates where hours are undefined.

  • Fixed the issue with the delay in hours limitation.

  • Expired documents can now be edited before being resent to candidates.

  • Fixed issues related to talent app availability.

  • Fixed the issue with the added tag display for Finn-related flows.
