✨ Release Highlights

🔒 GDPR Retention & Compliance Improvements:

  • We've expanded and improved the GDPR retention flow to provide better visibility, communication, and compliance management:

  • Added GDPR retention flow support for Talent Pool profiles.

  • Added notifications for GDPR managers (email, in-app, and push notifications) about upcoming GDPR expirations and scheduled deletions.

  • Added notifications for candidates about upcoming GDPR expirations.

  • Added the ability to customize GDPR retention notification texts sent to candidates.

  • Introduced a dedicated GDPR notification filter for easier follow-up.

📄 Improved Text Editing & Copy-Paste Experience

We've improved the experience of creating and editing content across job ads, templates, and other text fields:

  • Enhanced support for pasting content from Word, Slack, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other external sources.

  • Improved preservation of bullet lists, numbered lists, line breaks, and paragraph structure.

  • Fixed issues where formatting could be lost when editing or deleting text.

  • Reduced unwanted spacing and formatting artifacts when pasting content, resulting in cleaner and more consistent text formatting.

  • Headings now retain their selected formatting and size when editing or updating content

📋 Applications Sorting

  • Applicants can now be sorted alphabetically by full name within each status column in the screening board.

  • Improved the existing sorting interface for a cleaner and more intuitive experience.

  • The selected sorting option is now clearly highlighted and remains visible when opening the sorting menu.

🛠️ Other improvements and fixes:

  • Fixed issues with reference-check survey status updates.

  • Resolved SMS sending issues to ensure reference surveys are delivered and tracked correctly.

  • Fixed an issue in task-related staffing assignment emails where talent profile avatars were not displayed correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where the latest education, work experience, and last activity information could be missing from Talent Pool table views

  • Improved the document re-sending flow in the Scrive app by removing redundant buttons and simplifying status previews, resulting in a cleaner and more intuitive user experience.
