A shift becomes Unfulfilled when no talent has been assigned before it is due. This may happen if a shift remains unfilled after its scheduled start time or if a task to assign a talent is not completed before its deadline.
When does a shift become Unfulfilled?
A shift receives the Unfulfilled status in the following situations:
The shift has started, but no talent is assigned. You still have 24 hours after the shift start time to assign a talent. If no talent is assigned within this period, the shift is automatically marked as Unfulfilled.
A task was created to assign a talent before a specific due date, but no talent was assigned before the deadline. Once the deadline passes, the shift is automatically marked as Unfulfilled.
When a shift becomes Unfulfilled, the system records the reason why the shift could not be filled. Shifts with this status cannot be edited.
