Open the Talent Pool where you want to perform bulk actions.
Bulk Actions in a Parent Talent Pool
When viewing a parent Talent Pool, select one or more talents to display the bulk actions toolbar above the table. The following actions are available:
Select All – Selects all talents in the parent Talent Pool and all its sub-pools.
Unselect All – Clears the current selection.
Add to Recruitment – Adds the selected talents to a recruitment process.
Message – Sends the same message to all selected talents.
Send Apps – Sends one or more apps to all selected talents.
Note: If a talent belongs to multiple Talent Pools, Send Message and Send Apps are performed in the chat associated with the talent profile that has the most recent activity.
You can also click Select next to the Talents column to select all talents displayed on the current page. Important: Selected talents are only retained on the current page. If you navigate to another page, the selection from the previous page is automatically cleared.
Additional Bulk Actions in Sub-pools
When working in a sub-pool, additional bulk actions are available. Besides the standard actions, you can also:
Change the status of the selected talents within the current Talent Pool.
Share selected talent profiles externally.
Add internal notes visible to your colleagues.
Under More, you can also:
Move talents to another Talent Pool.
Send Apps
Export selected talent profiles to PDF.
Remove talent profiles from the Talent Pool.
Number of Talents per Page
At the bottom of the Talent Pool table, you can choose how many talents to display on each page. You can display between 25 and 100 talent profiles per page.
