Weâve unified and enhanced the Export functionality across Recruitment, Talent Pools, and Staffing, making it easier to export the information you need.
Export from Talent Pools â The Export option is now available directly at the Talent Pool level.
Multiple export formats â Export talent and candidate information to Excel, Word, or PDF.
Flexible content selection â Choose which information to include or exclude from the export, giving you greater control over the exported data.
đ Attach Multiple Files at Once
You can now attach multiple files at once instead of adding them one by one. This is available when configuring automatic messages in process statuses, sending bulk messages, chatting with talents, and adding internal notes for colleagues.
đ ď¸ Other improvements and fixes:
Meeting scheduling no longer shows Update and Cancel options to candidates whose applications have been rejected.
Availability days now match correctly between the calendar and the availability settings in the Talent app.
Mobile web â shift creation: fixed scrolling issues in the Add new assignment window when creating shifts.
E-sign app: fixed an issue where the e-sign app did not work correctly when moving between different process statuses across different jobs.
E-sign app: improved the process of adding contacts to the e-sign app, making it easier and more reliable.
Customer contacts: the customer contact list now correctly displays contacts available for the relevant unit.
