Written by Tetiana

👥 Talent Pool Improvements

  • Declined talents hidden by default: The Declined filter is now enabled by default in the talent pool table view, hiding declined talents from the list.

  • Improved talent redistribution: The redistribution flow has been improved to make managing talents across talent pools easier. Talents in Undistributed status can be redistributed from a parent pool to its respective sub-pools while preserving their history. Multiple talents can be redistributed from a parent pool to one of its sub-pools in one operation. Talents in Undistributed status can only be moved to sub-pools belonging to their respective parent pool.

  • The SDWorx app can now be configured at the talent pool process level, providing more flexibility in setup.

🔄 Improved self-service flow for business users

Business users invited to a self-service project can now easily switch between their business account and service account flows, ensuring that processes are completed correctly in each flow.

✍️ E-signing Flow Improvements

  • Cancel and resend documents: You can now cancel an e-signing request after it has been sent to the candidate but before the candidate approves it, and then send a new document.

  • Simplified e-signing setup: Setting up e-signing now requires fewer steps. The e-signing tiles and message fields have also been updated for a smoother experience.

  • Updated app name and location: The E-sign app has been renamed to E-signing Procedure and moved below the Interactions section in the Choose an App to Add window.

🛠️ Other improvements and fixes:

  • The reference check flow in the talent app has been improved. Providing reference contacts in the talent app is now more intuitive, simpler, and more user-friendly.

  • Meeting scheduling: fixed an issue that allowed the same person to book two appointment slots.

  • Career page analytics has been fixed.

  • Fixed Linkedin link previews: shared links to career pages now display the correct preview when posted on LinkedIn.

  • Analytics and the cookie banner now load correctly on career pages

  • Interview kit status in Interactions now updates as soon as you answer.

  • Reference check app preview error handling: no error will be shown when a reference survey is successfully sent by email and SMS delivery is skipped because the SMS option is disabled.
