✨ Release Highlights

Improvements:

🛂Police certificate: You can now update the approximate start date directly in the police certificate form when moving talent to another process status. In the ConfirmMove dialog, click the Police Certificate app and update the start date. The default date is set to 30 days from today, but you can change it as needed.

🔄 Filtering by attributes for external users: External users can now filter talents by the attributes of the talent pool linked to the project.

📦 Project Archiving: The Archive option is now available in the project's More actions menu, allowing you to archive recruitment and staffing projects. For recruitment projects, archiving is available for Live, Unpublished, and Completed projects. Staffing projects with active assigned shifts cannot be archived. Archived projects remain accessible in a read-only view, where you can review the full project history, chat messages, attributes, and other details. You can also make a copy of an archived project.

📱 Send SMS default setting: The Send SMS option in the bulk Send Message dialog is now turned off by default.

🛠️ Fixes:

  • Sent/seen for process updates: Sent/seen indicators are no longer displayed for history messages associated with hidden process statuses, as talents cannot see these messages anyway.

  • The reference check: Yes/No custom questions in reference surveys can be answered well now.

  • Meeting scheduling: after connecting their Microsoft Calendar, users now see a confirmation popup indicating a successful connection, and proceeds to the interview scheduling page.

  • Screening question app: added screening questions now remain in the list when you cancel a question and return to the previous one.

  • The Add to Recruitment option in the talent pool profile menu is now working correctly.

  • Fixed an issue that caused duplicate application cards to appear on the screening board.

  • Inbox Search: The search field now displays all relevant suggestions, including talent pools, even when those pools have no messages from talents.
