Archive a recruitment or staffing project when it's finished but you want to keep it for reference. An archived project is read-only: you can review its history and details, but you can't change it. You can also copy it or save it as a template for new projects.
Which projects can be archived?
Project type | Can be archived | Can't be archived |
Recruitment | Live, Unpublished or Completed | Draft |
Staffing | No active assigned shifts | Has active assigned shifts |
If a staffing project has active assigned shifts, the Archive option is greyed out. Hover over it to see why.
Archive a project
Open the recruitment or staffing project.
Open the More actions menu.
Select Archive.
Read the confirmation message and click Confirm. To go back without archiving, click Cancel.
The project disappears from your active list and moves to the archive.
Find archived projects
Recruitment projects
In the recruitment list, click the Archived tab next to Active. For each archived recruitment, you can see the total number of applicants with a breakdown, and the assigned unit and team.
Staffing projects
In the Calendar → Schedules view, turn on the Archived filter. It's off by default and shows how many archived schedules there are. Archived schedules are read-only.
What you can do with an archived project
Preview the project to see how it looked.
Make a copy of this project to use as the starting point for a new one.
