Log in to Mojob
To enter a video interview you need to be logged in to the Mojob app either on web or in our Android or iPhone app.

Find the job with the video invitation
Go to "My applications" and find the relevant job. Open the chat and you should find a box with the video request πŸ‘‡, if it does not pop straight up. If you can't find a box like that tell the employer or/and let us know in the support chat.

Enter video interview
Please make sure that your camera and microphone are turned on in your browser settings. Once you turn them on you can start video recording. Keep it simple and real - be yourself. It doesn't have to be too big of a deal.

There can be up to 3 questions maximum to be answered. You might have from 20 till 60 sec maximum to record the video. Duration depends on what time duration has been set by the recruiter. After you recorded a video, you can watch your answer and still re-record it as many times as you need. But once you click Complete button, videos are sent to the employer through chat. Then you cannot update or delete them.

If you face any problems with video recording, feel free to contact us by clicking "send us a message" option in the bottom of video recording page. Or on the Profile page of your account you will find Need help? Contact us!

Good luck!🀞
