Here’s what you should check if you’re not receiving emails:
Check your spam or junk folder – Emails may have been filtered by mistake.
Search for the sender’s name or email address – Use your email search bar to look for keywords like “Mojob” or the company name.
Make sure your email address is entered correctly – Go to your profile and verify that there are no typos.
Ensure your inbox isn’t full – Some email providers block new messages if there’s no space left.
Check the Promotions or other tabs (for Gmail users) – Sometimes emails end up in the “Promotions” or “Updates” tab instead of the main inbox.
Add the sender to your contact list or safe senders list – This helps prevent future emails from going to spam.
If you’re using Apple/iCloud, Outlook, or Yahoo – check the webmail as well – Some mobile apps don’t display all filtered messages.
What you can do if emails end up in spam:
Mark the email as “Not spam” – Open the email in your spam folder and click “Not spam” or “Move to inbox.”
This tells your email provider that messages from this sender are safe.Add the sender to your contact list – Add the sender’s email address (for example, noreply@mojob.io) to your contact list or address book.
This reduces the chance of future messages going to spam.Check your email filters or rules – Make sure there are no custom filters moving messages to spam or trash.
Use the web version of your email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) – Some mobile apps don’t show spam folders or all filtering options.
Move the email manually to your inbox – Drag the message from the spam folder into your inbox or another safe folder.
