Here is what to check if you you’re not receiving emails:
Check your spam or junk folder
– Emails may be filtered by mistake.Search for the sender’s name or email address
– Use your email search bar to look for keywords like "Mojob" or the company name.Check that your email address is entered correctly
– Go to your profile and verify there are no typos.Make sure your inbox isn’t full
– Some providers block new messages if there’s no space left.Check promotions or other tabs (for Gmail users)
– Sometimes emails go to the “Promotions” or “Updates” tab instead of the main inbox.Add the sender to your contacts or safe senders list
– This helps prevent future emails from going to spam.If you used Apple/iCloud, Outlook, or Yahoo – check webmail too
– Sometimes mobile apps don’t show all filtered messages.
