Dashboard. First thing you see after you log in to your Mojob account is your dashboard. Here you can find all the recruitments and/or staffing projects assigned to you, meaning that you are added there as a part of the project team. You can check out the new candidates from job cards, easily post a new job or a project from here.
Your jobs can have one of the following statuses:
Live: job is out and available for the candidates on the selected Sourcing channels
Unpublished: due date has passed, job is closed for new applications but recruitment process for already applied candidates is still active
Completed: job with finished recruitment process (all applicants are in outcome states - Rejected, Hired or in Move to talent pool)
Draft: not yet published job
By default the dashboard will show the jobs in Live, Unpublished and Completed statuses. The first one is the job with the most recent updates.
Click Staffing to open your staffing projects and view all the projects assigned to you.”
Notifications: Keep track of all the latest activity on your recruitments, talent pools and staffing projects through the Notifications page, accessible by clicking the bell icon in the left-hand menu.
You can filter notifications by project and notification type to quickly find what you need.
Select All projects or choose a specific one from the list — Recruitments, Talent Pools, or Staffing Projects, or select All projects.
Narrow your results by clicking All notifications and selecting the notification types you want to view, such as New projects, New talents, Status updates, or Messages or else from the list.
Important: The list of notification types changes based on the project you select
Enable "Hide already read by others" if you don’t want to view notifications that have been read by your colleagues. Enable "Hide already read by you" to view only notifications you haven’t read yet.
Finally, click Settings to choose which notification types you want to receive and how you’d like to receive them — via Browser, Push, or Email.

Automatic follow-up on SMS. If the candidate has not seen your message for 24 hours, we automatically send out an SMS with the message you sent.
