Click "+ New recruitment" button in the Dashboard or Job ads page:

or click "+" on the menu sidebar. Choose one of the following ways of new job creation:

NOTE: There is the Search field below different ways of new job creation. After you have selected the way to create a new job, you can quickly search for the job, template or draft from which you want to create a new job by typing the search text in Search field.

  • create new job with already pre-filled information.

    • Use a template. Here you will find the list of templates created in Settings > Templates by you or your teammates.

    • Use a draft. Here you will see the list of drafts created by you or your teammates

    • Use a previous posting. Here there is the list of already posted jobs.

After selecting the template you will see the page with the already added internal title. You can use this one or update it. Internal title will be visible only for your teammates and will make it easier to manage job ads, identify and find them fast. Once added, click "Continue" button.

After selecting the draft or previous job card you will see the Job editor page with the basic pre-filled information.

  • create totally new job without pre-filled information by clicking Start from scratch option. After clicking "Start from scratch" button you will see the page where you need to either select Position title from the suggested list or add your own title. This is the title which will be displayed in the job ad for the applicants. Once added click "Continue" button and you will see the page where you will need to add the internal title for your job, which will be visible only for your teammates.

Click "Continue" once again and you are on the Job Editor page, where you can set up Job description, recruitment team, recruitment process and many more... You can read more about it in the next articles of this section.
