Similar to a Kanban or Trello boards, a Mojob Applicants Board view is the fastest and easiest way to go from an overview to action. From here you can perform different actions to the candidates which would make your screening process faster, easier and more effective.
Move an applicant from one state to another by draging and dropping the applicant card
Click three dots "..." next to the state column and perform the following actions:
select all the applicants within the state
easily access the State, update the state name, add/update the apps for that state
sort out the applicants within the state by different parameters
Use the Search field to find the applicant by their name, email, education and/or experience.
Use the options on the top menu panel to easily:
check the Insights for this job
check to which sourcing channels the was posted
current status of the job
preview the job
share the job
export all applicants to Excel
add new applicant
