Set up the e-signing (Scrive) app. You can add E-signing procedure in any stage of the hiring process. Attach the document you want to be signed, write the document title, inform the applicants properly by adding the signing invitation and signing confirmation messages, select the deadline period and add additional documents if needed. Important:

  • the deadline period is the period during which the document should be signed by all the parties.

  • only pdf documents are allowed to be attached

Set up additional signing parties by either selecting the user from the drop-down list or adding the external user not in the list.

Move the applicants to the stage with E-signing app and they will receive an invitation to sign the document via email. They will also see the "Sign document" button, signing invitation message and Deadline date in chat. After the applicant signs the document, it is sent for signing to other signing parties set up before. After all parties sign the document the applicant receives the confirmation message which was set up before.

Important:

  • only document Signer and Approver can sign the document

  • only signing parties can view the document

  • if the document has been rejected by one of the parties, or if it has expired or has failed to be sent it is possible to send a new document or re-send it from chat by one of the signing parties.
