The top navigation panel will have the following options:

  • Go Back: this option will lead you either to the Job posting page or to the Job ads list depending on the status of the job. If it is Draft, for example, clicking on this button will ask you if you want to save it as a draft or remove it. Afterwards you will see Job posting page.

  • Job status: Draft, Live: Open for applicants, Stop receiving applicants, Completed (read more about it here).

  • Go Live/Submit changes/Update: Go Live will publish the job to the selected sourcing channels and make your job available for the applicants. Submit changes or Update button appears after you make some changes to the job, but have not yet activated them. So only after you click this button, the changes become available for the applicants.

  • Preview icon: click on this icon to see how the job ad will look like for applications. Preview the job ad before publishing it.

  • Share: select and share your job to the well-known social media channels.

  • More actions "...": this option will open additional actions which you might perform to the job, like Delete, Duplicate etc. NOTE: depending on Job status (Live, Unpublished, Completed or Draft) there will different actions which can be performed to the job.

NOTE: the navigation panel is available on all the pages of your job (Job Details, Job Listing Editor, Job Process, Sourcing channels), so you can perform the actions described above from the any place of the job.
