Screening questions
You can add them to any state of your recruitment process. When you add the screening question app you will see the list of suggested questions in the drop-down. You can easily search for the available questions by typing the question text in the Search field. Just click on the question you want to add and the question is added below. You can update and remove it any time. You can also add your own question by typing the question text and when there is no suggested question in the list you will see "Create as new question" option. Click on it, fill out the form and save it. You can easily drag questions to any position and remove questions. Available question types:
YES/NO: YES is selected as the correct answer by default.
Choices (Multiple and Single): at least 1 alternative must be selected. It is possible to select more than 1 correct answers in both questions types. NOTE: applicant can select only 1 correct answer for single choice question type.
Text answer: long text can be added
Scale: it has FROM range: 0-1; TO range: 2-10
File upload (single or multiple): Toggle ON - multiple files can be attached by an applicant; toggle OFF - single file can be attached. Right now if this question type is added, applicant is required to attach a document to proceed. So far no possibility to set this field as optional or required.
The questions will be displayed for an applicant in the same order in which you added them.
The applicant's answers to the questions will be displayed in the applicant's profile on the left side. You can also view the answers if you click "Show answers" button.
1-Way video interview
You can add it to any state of the recruitment process. After adding the app you will see the list of suggested video questions. Clicking on the question adds the question below. It is possible to add maximum 3 video questions. You can update and/or remove it, or add your own video question by clicking "Create as new question" button. By default answer duration is 20 seconds. You can update it by selecting the right option from the drop-down list.
The questions will be displayed for an applicant in the same order in which you added them.
Once the applicant records the video, you can watch it in the applicant's profile by clicking "Show video answers" button in chat or hyperlinked "delivered" option of the video app preview on the left side of the applicant's profile.
