Add applications manually

You can easily add applications manually in the Board screening view:

  • Board views

Fill out the manual application form

  • Select the job from the drop-down list for which you want to add a new application. By default the job from which you add the application will be displayed in this field. You can select any other job from the list. The jobs in Live, Unpublished and Completed states are displayed in the list.

  • Select the state to which you want to add the new application. By default Application state is selected. You can select any other state for the selected job.

  • Check the "Notify candidate and send an invitation to use Mojob (?)" so the applicant receives an invitation and can participate further in the recruitment process.

Email address is the only required field. All other fields are optional and self-explanatory.

Important: it is possible to add the application for the applicant who is not registered at Mojob. If the applicant with such email address is already registered at Mojob, you will see the error that such user already exists at Mojob.

Once you click "Save" button, the user receives an invitation via email to join the recruitment process. It is important that user accepts the invitation and follows the invitation process in order to participate in the recruitment process.

Note: you can update applicant's information any time until the applicant accepts the invitation. After the invitation is accepted, the applicant becomes the owner of their account and you no longer can update it.
