If you have more than one talent pool you have access to, you can move talent profiles between talent pools. This way it is possible to change the pool any particular talent belongs to or to have the same talent in multiple pools.

To do this you can open a profile you want to move to another pool, click on the button in the top right corner, and select the "Move to another pool" option:

Or select multiple profiles to move many at once, and find the "Move to another pool" option in the top menu where available bulk actions are listed:
