If you have access to multiple Talent Pools, you can move talent profiles between them. This allows you to transfer a talent to another Talent Pool or keep the same talent in multiple Talent Pools.
You can move talent profiles in two ways:
From a talent profile – Open the talent profile, click More actions in the upper-right corner, and select Move to another pool.
Using a bulk action – Select one or more talent profiles, then choose Move to another pool from the bulk actions menu.
Select the destination Talent Pool, Talent pool status and choose whether to notify the talent about the move.
