Move talents from recruitment processes to talent pools

Learn how to add candidates to Talent Pools from recruitment processes and keep them available for future opportunities.

You may want to keep in touch with promising candidates who were not selected for a position or add candidates to a Talent Pool for future opportunities.

Each recruitment process includes a Talent Pool status where candidates can be moved.

You can move candidates in three ways:

  • Drag and drop a candidate card into the Talent Pool status.

  • Select multiple candidates and move them to the Talent Pool status in one action.

  • Use the Add to Talent Pool bulk action:

    1. Select one or more candidates.

    2. Click Add to Talent Pool.

    3. Select the Talent Pool and the Talent Pool status where you want to place the candidates.

    4. Click Add.

Note: When using Add to Talent Pool, the candidates are added to the selected Talent Pool remaining in the current recruitment process.
