Attributes are essentially characteristics or traits associated with candidates, such as skills, experience, certifications, and more. By organizing and analyzing these attributes, Mojob enables recruiters to gain deep insights into their talent pool and target groups, facilitating more informed decision-making. Attributes help recruiters become more data-driven and adaptable to the evolving needs of both recruiters and candidates alike.
The attributes can be of the following types:
Attributes which reflect a person's academic and professional development, showcasing their expertise and qualifications in various fields. Those can be certificates, licenses, courses, diplomas, experience etc. If the recruiters select this attribute type, then in most of the cases they aim to get the information if the candidates have the needed certificate, diploma or even what certificate, license exactly they have, like for example, driving license A, B, C or else. Such attributes usually require YES/NO answer or will provide the list of possible choices to be selected
Attributes which reflect personal competencies, like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. This attribute type helps the recruiters evaluate the candidates' soft skills by rating the skill from 1 to 5.
Attributes can be added to:
recruitments
talent pools
screening questions of the recruitment or talent pool process, which would facilitate getting the needed information from the candidates
Once the attributes are added to the recruitment, talent pool, they will be displayed on the candidates' profile page (please see below the examples of how the Attribute component is shown on the candidates' profile page)
Important: if the candidate has been assessed for the availability of a certain attribute or candidate's soft skills were evaluated in any of the processes (recruitment, talent pool, staffing project), then this information will be available for that candidate for the recruiters in any other process.
How to add the attributes to recruitments, talent pools, questions
Recruitments:
add the attributes when creating a new recruitment in any of possible ways (from scratch, template, previous posting, draft) on the "Define the top things you are looking for in a talent" page:
add the attributes on the job editor page of any recruitment:
add the attributes from the candidate profile page of any recruitment:
Talent pools:
select the talent pool, click on "Manage pool" button on the top right and add attributes by clicking "Edit talent attributes" option
Screening questions:
attributes added to the recruitment or talent pool will be available on the screening questions, so then the recruiter can easily link an attribute to a question.
If the candidates reply questions linked to the attribute, their answers will be automatically displayed on their profile page for the recruiter
Recruiters can add or update the answers for the attributes any time. So in this way to ensure they have the latest updated information on the candidates' skills, experiences, certificates etc.
