You can choose whether customers cover card and direct debit fees, and set exactly how much they absorb. Use the slider to adjust the amount in 5% increments, so you can share the cost with customers instead of passing it on entirely or absorbing it all.
Where to find it
Go to Settings > Host Account > General Setup.
Scroll down to Payments > Payment Fees.
Be sure to hit Save at the bottom of the page!
