Capture, view, and manage file attachments for your leads.

Lead Attachments allows your team to capture and store supporting files — such as business cards, resumes, and badges — directly within a lead session. Attachments are captured on iPad using Momentify Explorer and are automatically synced to the web app, where you can preview, download, and manage them alongside the rest of your lead data.

Why Lead Attachments Matters

Important lead collateral like business cards, resumes, and other collateral often gets lost in camera rolls or shared folders, disconnected from the lead it belongs to. Lead Attachments keeps these files stored directly with the lead session so your team can review and act on them without leaving the lead workflow. No extra steps, no missing context. And when you're ready to act on your leads, connect one of our integrations to send attachments directly to your source systems, keeping every file where your team already works.

How to Use Lead Attachments

Momentify Explorer (iPad)

  1. In guided mode on Momentify Explorer, navigate to the end of the session where you see lead temp, comments, and follow up group.

  2. Tap the Attachment Icon to photograph or upload files relevant to the lead — such as a business card, resume, or badge.

⚠️ Add multiple attachments a after a session and it'll be stored with that lead.

Momentify Web

  1. In the Lead Table, look for the Paperclip Icon on any lead row. This indicates the lead has attachments.

  2. Click on a lead to open the Lead Drawer. Attachments appear underneath the personal details section.

  3. From the lead drawer, you can:

    1. View attachment previews directly inline

    2. Download individual files or the full attachment set

    3. Delete attachments that are no longer needed
