Membership will automatically renew each year and members will be notified by email before their upcoming renewal unless you unsubscribe from our notifications. You will receive a receipt upon each billing date.

You can view your upcoming renewal date when you login at My Account > Manage My Subscription.

If you choose not to renew your membership and would like to cancel your account, you can navigate to My Account> Manage My Subscription before your next billing date.

Upon cancellation, you will still have access to the platform until the date of expiry as listed in your account settings.
