A)We're in your spam or junk folder
Check to see if we're there and make sure to add concierge@mondaygirl.ca to your safe send email contacts.
B) You unsubscribed from member updates
No problem! We'll add you back - just send us a quick email to concierge@mondaygirl.ca
Note: We do not recommend unsubscribing from member email updates. Otherwise, you will not receive email reminders about your account renewal, other important updates, and member invites.
Didn't receive a welcome email from us when you signed up initially?
If you have never received a member welcome email from us at all, please let us know by sending us a quick message to concierge@mondaygirl.ca or via Intercom chatbox. We'll make sure to fix that right away!
